FULL SERVICE DESCRIPTION
At Crown Northampton we offer a unique full resoling service for our sneaker collection. We only use high quality premium materials for all our sneakers but after a period of wear a new sole will invigorate your existing Crown sneakers or allow you to pick a new sole colour. We then finish with a new leather lined insole. For a factory resole simply follow these steps:
- Purchase this service by choosing your sole colour and checking out.
- Then go to 'Cart' at the top right of the screen and in 'Notes', please add the UK sole size that you require for our reference.
- Select 'RESOLE Service' as shipping method at check out.
- Print off the order confirmation then return it with your shoes to the address below. We suggest using a tracked or signed for service.
- WHEN RETURNING FROM OUTSIDE OF THE UK PLEASE CLEARLY MARK THE PARCEL AS 'RETURNED GOODS' - The returning customer will be responsible for any unexpected customs/imports charges so please check ahead with you chosen courier or postal handler.
When your shoes are received back at the factory they will take 20-30 days to resole and insole then we will post them back to you. All UK, European and Worldwide customers will be charged your specific return shipping cost when you select 'RESOLE Service' as shipping method at check out.
